Once the knot is tied, their "relationship" is pretty much all physical, but as they are forced to spend time together to keep up the charade and really get to know each other, a deeper connection is forged. I liked seeing their selfish shells being shed to allow compassion, tenderness, and softness to emerge to smooth those rough edges on each of them.

There's no question that opposites attract in this book, as these two are as different as night and day, but they are able to appreciate those differences and build upon the quirks. I liked that thread, as well as the close bond they each share with Dexter's family. Commitment, hard work, and compromise are key to allowing a marriage to thrive and those elements make flashes of appearances within these pages. I love watching the growth that comes from making the best of a situation and allow good changes to occur in lives because of it.

Content: While the Bliss line is technically clean (no open-door sex scenes), some of the books skate a little close to the line and this is one of them. There's a lot of innuendo, talk of sex, some slightly racy romantic tension/thoughts, etc, but everything does fade to black, just in the nick of time. There's also language throughout, although mostly mild, there are a few moderate words thrown in there.

Married in Vegas after getting drunk, two very different acquaintances struggle to make it seem real with their families. Book is well written with relatable characters Recommend if you like light reads.
This was such a wonderful storyline and I absolutely loved it from the very first page. The storyline was exceptionally well-written with lots of love, romance and a cast of memorable characters.
Definitely a five-star rating for this book.
This is a cute wake up married in Vegas and don't remember it story. You see a very unlikely couple find their way to each other and turn out to be better for it. You meet a nosy & pushy cast of characters that makes this story more interesting. Good read.
I enjoyed reading "Wife for the Weekend". It never pars to lie. Hard to know who you told what and this story is a great example. It was a fun read. Looking forward to reading other books by Ophelia London
